This youtube channel is a DIY and sailing channel by a couple from denmark. Mads and Ava are living on their 38 feet Warrior named Athena.

This channel is without a doubt the most interesting DIY sailboat channel on youtube. With more than 22 million views.

A very loyal crowd of followers is faithfully looking forward to new episodes every Sunday. It is worth noticing that new episodes are shown at least 5 thousand times within the first hour after release.

There is no doubt that both content and editing are of high quality, and therefore this DYI channel is also followed by many of the major sailing channels on youtube.

A few years ago I had a dream to buy an old boat, fix her up, and become a full-time cruiser. Today I am doing just that! I started documenting the process on Youtube in 2014 while I was refitting my 1973 30 ft Albin Ballad sailboat. Since then, I’ve sold my house and purchased the boat of my dreams, Athena, a 1987 Warrior 38.
