Solo Sailor Patrick Laine

Patrick Laine is a solo sailor who shares his adventures on his YouTube channel.

He initially sailed single-handed on a Bavaria 40 sailboat in the Atlantic1. He is based in La Rochelle, France1. In early 2021, he sold the Bavaria and bought a Bongo 28 foot made in France in 2009which is much smaller and faster than the Bavaria, but also much less comfortable1.

After a circuit of the Atlantic during the Spring/Summer of 2022, he sold the Bongo and bought a new RM 890+
