She left her career and everyday life and the comforts of home and untie the lines on the old sailboat she bought in Panama.

She decided to tackle the challenge of fixing up her boat, but things quickly deteriorated past the point these places were habitable S/V Karls’ engine failed continuously and her hull was damaged from corrosion.
